Utility Forestry Inspector


Utility Foresters work in the field to patrol line circuits and identify areas that could potentially be a wildfire threat. Once areas are identified, the Utility Forester flags area; prescribes work to be performed; notifies customers that tree pruning, tree/brush removal work will occur; obtains any necessary signed documents from property owners to perform this work; enters work identified and prescription information into a PG&E database using a handheld computer or other device as directed by PG&E; edits the data in the database and creates Work Request Form(s).

Customer Contact Specialist (CCS)


This position is responsible for educating and addressing customer concerns regarding company initiatives

by ensuring appropriate, timely, and accurate communications are provided to impacted customers.

Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are strongly preferred.

We are currently not taking applications for Customer Contact Specialists.
